1. I reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the appointment in the event of pre-booked driving tests, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to immovable traffic.

2. Block bookings must be used within 6 months of payment

3. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to be given to the instructor by the pupil to cancel and should the pupil fail to give such notice the pupil may be liable to pay the full tuition fee. If you fail to show up for your lesson and haven’t informed me that you’ll be late, I will wait for 10 minutes, text you and leave. The full tuition fee will be charged.

4. Driving tests may only be arranged with both the prior agreement of the instructor and the pupil.. If you book your test without the agreement, then use of the car will not be granted. This in no way stops the pupil from taking the test in a different car.

5. If a pupil uses a third-party service to book a driving test the instructor cannot be liable if the car cannot be provided for that time, it will be the pupils responsibility to source another vehicle. The instructor cannot also be liable for any costs the pupil might incur in the use of the third party.

6. The price paid for the driving test does not include the use of the car for the purpose of the test and any prior instruction. Therefore current rates of £44 per hour will apply.

7. Al lessons must be paid for 48 prior to the lesson. Block bookings paid at time of booking to secure slot.

8. The pupil confirms that a valid licence is held to drive the tuition vehicle. Pupils must inform their instructor immediately if the receive any endorsements on their licence during the period they are receiving tuition.

9. I operate a ZERO tolerance alcohol and drug policy, If I believe you are in any way under the influence then it is my right to refuse to proceed with a lesson, if this happens the full lesson fee will be charged.

10. In the event of the pupil prepaying for lessons these will be paid off at the full rate with the last lesson receiving the discount.
